Danielle Shargorodsky RDN
Danielle Shargorodsky is a Registered Dietitian that has been employed as a dietitian for over 8 years. She has held numerous nutrition positions in Hospitals as well as College Campuses. Previously, Danielle was the Regional Nutrition Manager in New England for a large foodservice company promoting healthy eating through innovative activities, private and group nutrition counseling, and interactive presentations and cooking demonstrations. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Sport Management and Communications and then went to Eastern Michigan University where she obtained a nutrition degree and later became certified in Adult Weight Management by the American Dietetic Association.
Danielle’s mission is simple…to ensure that all clients receive the best nutrition resources, programs and tools available. She is very passionate about promoting health and wellness, and loves what she does.
Erin Parmar RDN
Erin has been a Registered Dietitian for over a decade. For nearly 10 years she was a community dietitian providing evidence-based nutrition education to families through individual counseling and group classes. She appreciated the opportunity to educate and empower families to make healthy nutrition choices.
She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo and completed her dietetic internship through California State University at Long Beach. In her free time she enjoys traveling, volunteering at the local animal shelter and cooking delicious, healthy meals for her family.
Giriji Ayyala RDN
Giriji Ayyala has been a Registered Dietitian for 27 years. She has held numerous nutrition positions in Hospitals, research and private practice. Giriji has expertise in a multitude of nutritional specialties including pre/post gastric surgery, pregnancy and lactation nutrition as well as South Asian diets.
She graduated A.P. Agricultural University, Hyderabad, India with a Bachelor’s degree Home Science. She then went on to obtain two Master’s degrees, Master’s in Food and Nutrition from A.P. Agricultural University and Master’s in Medical Biology and Nutritional Sciences from Long Island University, NY.
Jill Kulacz MS, Exercise Physiologist
At CMI, Jill plays an active role in interacting with patients and clients within our Cardiopulmonary Program. She attended Manhattan College in New York and Long Island University where she completed her Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Jill is also a licensed Massage Therapist and enjoys many sports including tennis, golf and skiing. Jill has been working in the health and wellness industry for over 18 years including cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, corporate wellness and clinical stress testing.
Suruchi Saini is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). She has extensive experience in successfully counseling, coaching, and providing psychotherapy to groups, individuals, couples and families. She utilizes holistic approach (meditation/mindfulness/muscle relaxation and more) to help her clients learn life skills to manage stress and anxiety, increase productivity in their personal and professional lives and re-train mind for mindful living to achieve their full potential. She believes that because of various psychological/behavioral issues, at times people feel hopeless but with some professional counseling and life coaching, anybody can bounce back and make powerful changes in their lives!
Since 2005, she has been passionately working with people from all walks of life in different settings, and has been conducting stress management and self-development workshops in various organizations and conferences. She was also a lead clinician at Rutgers – University Behavioral Health Care (UBHC) until January 2015. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling from University of Texas at San Antonio, and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Punjab University, Chandigarh, India. She speaks English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu. She enjoys reading, meditating, singing and hiking!
Tara Graham has her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from William Paterson University where she worked an internship in cardiopulmonary rehab in a hospital setting and competed on her NCAA college swim team. After graduating, she got a job as an exercise physiologist and program coordinator at a fitness and wellness center where she worked for 5 years. During her time, she specialized in and facilitated programs for: patients with Parkinson’s disease, chronic low back pain and Cardiac Rehab Phase III. Tara is currently enrolled in graduate school at Rutgers to attain her master’s degree in Health Administration. In her spare time she likes to read, get active outdoors, and spend time with her family.
Tara is excited to bring her knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to CMI to innovate and facilitate new ways to help people through new programs, resources and tools.
